Hiding in Plain Site is Indi-Glo Blue’s debut EP, introducing the project’s blend of driving synth-punk, dry humour and sharp observation. Across four tracks, the EP explores the reassuring language, familiar routines and everyday messages that quietly shape modern life, drawing attention to ideas that often pass unnoticed simply because they’ve become normal. Background

Hiding in Plain Site marked the beginning of Indi-Glo Blue and established many of the ideas that would define the project. Rather than focusing on individual political events, the EP examines the language, messaging and behaviours that surround modern institutions, using repetition, humour and satire to highlight patterns that are often overlooked. Looking back, it also captures the project before its identity had fully settled, laying the foundations for later releases that gradually shifted from observing systems to exploring the wider habits and routines of everyday life.
