Face Value is the debut EP from Silent Function, introducing a minimalist electronic sound built around disciplined rhythms, restrained production and sharply observed lyrics. Background
Face Value established the foundation of Silent Function by examining the gap between outward behaviour and inner reality. Whether confronting denial, refusing to rewrite the past or exposing the distance between words and actions, the songs consistently strip away performance in search of something more honest.
