Even the milk’s still good, check the date twice
Bus pulled up just as I got there, no sprint
Driver nods like he’s seen me exist
Got a window seat, headphones sit right
Same old playlist but it’s hitting alright

I type back calm, like I’ve got loads on
Even though I’ve been free all week long
