Clean Break expands Vesura’s sound, bringing electronic textures further into the foreground while retaining the melodic alternative rock foundation established by the project’s earlier work. Across ten tracks, the album explores the frustrations of communication, misunderstanding and emotional distance, finding drama in everyday conversations rather than grand romantic gestures. Background
Written as the project’s second major release, Clean Break developed Vesura’s balance between rock and electronic music, allowing synthesizers to play a more prominent role without losing the energy of its guitar-led arrangements. Rather than focusing on dramatic breakups or obvious emotional conflicts, the songs examine the quieter moments where conversations fail, intentions become blurred and people struggle to say what they really mean. Throughout the album, everyday exchanges become the catalyst for larger emotional shifts.
