(Transmission) Audience Preparation Nearing Completion

Preparation was never intended
to continue indefinitely.

Audience Preparation Nearing Completion records the point at which PRE considers its introductory work effectively finished. Recognition is established, public response remains acceptable, and further orientation is no longer considered necessary. What the audience has been prepared for is not specified. Only that the next procedure may now begin.
